The Urban Land Acquisition Portfolio

Urban Land Acquisitions has been deeply rooted in urban land opportunities since 2013 in the Denver market. However, Brandis and Brandon started their careers in residential real estate and brought collectively 15 years of experience together to form Urban Land Acquisitions. Through market cycles, there is an ebb and flow of opportunity and ULA has done a great job of not boxing itself in to the market or one specific area, as the company works with all facets of residential, commercial, land and development property.

Over the years, it became evident that they needed to learn all facets of residential, commercial, land, and development. Their portfolio is a reflection of a body of work that spans through hundreds of properties across multiple asset classes and will continue to do so. New construction and multi-family is a passion they have but their supreme calling is for any deal that makes sense.

The search for value-add opportunities, whether it is a development, rehab, rezone or tax credit deal is where they focus a lot of their energy. ULA has achieved much with the help of the community and we look forward to doing much more across the nation.
